She graduated from Purdue University with a double major in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness and Health. She completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. Abigail brings a diverse background to her work, with experience as a dietitian in hospital settings as well as more than six years in holistic and functional medicine.

Her integrative approach focuses on uncovering the root cause of health concerns and empowering you through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. As a nutritional consultant, Abigail takes the time to listen—whether your concerns are big or small—and works collaboratively with you to create sustainable, goal-oriented plans.
